Pivoting to SaaS During COVID-19

Patton Consulting Group (PCG) guided Victory through a critical pivot during the COVID-19 pandemic, transitioning from in-person programming to a SaaS model. With schools, gyms, and community centers closed, Victory needed a new way to deliver its sports and education programs.

Solution: PCG owned the product roadmap for Victory Virtual, focusing on social/emotional sports and STEAM episodes, targeting homeschool families, underserved communities, and school districts.

Process: Through iterative feedback cycles and strategically planned experimentation, PCG scaled the SaaS model, enabling Victory to reach new audiences in both B2B and B2C spaces.
